San Nicolas is located in the Western side of North Manila, at the edge of the Pasig River surrounded by the districts of Binondo and Tondo. A lost jewel in Philippine Heritage this district has kept its 19th century houses, which symbolizes the wealthy lives of the people who use to live there. Just like the houses Silay City and Vigan City it is beauty. Unfortunately it seems this houses won't last for long.
In 2007 the population of San Nicolas was 43,225,[1] and it had 15 barangays, #s 268-276 and 281-286.
